Where is it?

Paste the tracking number from your dispatch email and we will take you straight to the carrier.

Your tracking number

It is in the email we sent when your parcel was dispatched — a long code, usually starting with two letters. A tracking link works too.

No dispatch email yet? Orders take up to 2 business days to process — check your spam folder, or ask us.

What happens, and when

  1. Order placed

    You get a confirmation email straight away.

  2. Processing

    Up to 2 business days while we pack it.

  3. Dispatched

    You get a second email — that one has the tracking number in it. Tracking starts here

  4. In transit

    5–20 business days, depending where you are. Tracking often sits still for several days crossing borders — that is normal, not lost.

  5. Delivered

    If nobody is in, the carrier leaves it somewhere secure — the tracking page says where before you need to worry.

We can't look an order up on this page yet: order history arrives with checkout, and until then the only place your order lives is our inbox. Message us with your name or your order number and we will read the tracking number back to you. Full delivery detail is on the shipping page.
