Terms of sale
The agreement between you and us when you buy something. Nothing here takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights come first
Prices and payment
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we dispatch it, not when you pay — so if we cannot fulfil something, we tell you and refund you in full. We may decline an order where a piece is out of stock, where the price was wrong, or where we cannot deliver to the address given.
Delivery
The times on the Shipping page are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is with the carrier, its progress is out of our hands. If a parcel goes missing, tell us and we will chase the carrier and put it right.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a change-of-mind return, unworn and with tags. The Returns page has the conditions, what cannot be returned and how to start one. Faulty or wrong items are a different matter, covered by the guarantees above.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think somebody else has access. We can close an account being used fraudulently or to abuse our staff.
Photographs, and what you post
The photographs, words and design on this site are ours. If you film for us, you keep your video and give us permission to show it — the affiliate terms set out exactly what that permission covers, and you can take a video down at any time.
Colours vary between screens, and a piece may look slightly different in your light than in ours. That is not a fault, and it is one of the reasons every piece is filmed on a real person rather than only photographed on white.
If something goes wrong
Subject to your rights above, our responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, and the law that applies
We can change these terms, and the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order. They are governed by Australian law.
