For the fixed-length pieces, measure the wrist you will wear it on with a tape or a strip of paper and add about 1.5cm for comfort. Each product page carries its own length. The clasps on the chain styles are lobster or spring-ring; if you struggle with small clasps, the cuffs and the adjustable pieces are the easier buy.
