Most of us own something beautiful we never wear. It sits in a box waiting for an occasion that keeps not arriving. We think that is the wrong way round.
You have already had this happen.
A chain that looked right in the photograph and arrived the length of a choker. A "medium" that meant nothing at all. Something that turned your neck green in a fortnight and went in the drawer with the rest of them.
We had the drawer too. That is genuinely where this started — not with a business plan, but with a pile of things we had paid for and could not wear. So we built the shop we wanted to buy from.
Find pieces worth wearing on an ordinary Tuesday, measure them properly, film them on real people, and price them so you do not have to think twice.

Wear it on a Tuesday
Nothing here is too precious for a normal day. If a piece cannot survive a shower, a commute and a toddler, we would rather not sell it.
Show the real thing
Filmed on real people, in real light, at the real size. If a chain sits differently on you than in the video, we have failed before you open the box.
Say the awkward part
Who a piece is not for. What we do not make ourselves. The three-star reviews. You will find out anyway — better from us.
Every rule here has lost us money.
Telling somebody a piece is not for them loses the sale standing in front of us. Leaving the three-star reviews up costs conversions we could quietly have had. Filming on real people takes longer and looks less perfect than a stock photograph.
We keep doing it because the alternative is a shop that has to be believed rather than checked — and there are already plenty of those.
Cheeky, with a Q. Because taking yourself too seriously is not a look.
Some of it is 925 sterling silver you will still be wearing in five years. Some of it you will buy without thinking about it at all. Both are the point — you are allowed something serious and something silly on the same day.
