How to reach usEmail hello@cheeqybabe-shop.com — a real person reads it, and that is the address to use for any request about your information. Last updated29 September 2026
The short versionWe collect what an order needs, and a cookie-free count of visits. We never see your card number. We do not sell your information, and there is no advertising tracking on this site.
What we collect, and why
To send you an orderYour name, email and delivery address. A phone number too if you give one — it is for the courier, and it is optional.
To take the paymentStripe handles it. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and never touches our servers; we keep only a token that lets us refund you.
If you make an accountYour email, a password we never see in readable form, your saved addresses and your order history.
If you message usYour name, email and what you wrote — so we can answer, and so whoever picks it up next has the thread.
If you join the mailing listYour email, until you unsubscribe. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works from the first send.
If you film for usYour handle, the video, and a record of what you agreed to and when. That record is kept even after a video comes down, because it is the proof of what was agreed.
What we count
Visits, and what happens in the shop — which pages are opened, which website or campaign link brought you here, what goes in the bag, when a checkout starts, and each order’s number, how many pieces and its total — along with your browser, operating system, kind of device, screen size, language and rough location (country, region and city). We count them with Umami, a cookie-free analytics tool we host ourselves on Railway, in San Francisco in the United States. It sets no cookies, stores no IP address and does not track you across other websites, so it counts everybody the same way. It can tell two visits came from the same browser only within the same month: the scrambled code it groups them by changes every month. Anything more — which parts of the homepage people read, and advertising cookies — waits for a yes in the cookie banner.
What we do not do
The only analytics is our own, and there is no advertising pixel. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording. We do not build a profile of you, we do not sell or rent your information, and nothing here follows you to another website. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
What we keep in your browser
All but the last are strictly necessary — the site remembering what you are in the middle of; the last only stops our visit counter counting one checkout or order twice. None of them follow you anywhere else.
cqb_customerKeeps you signed in. Set by our server, not readable by scripts.
cqb_chat_threadRemembers your live-chat conversation so a refresh does not lose it.
cqb_chat_visitorA random id for this browser, so we can show you your own chat and nobody else's.
cqb_chat_seenWhich chat messages you have already read.
cqb_consent_adsYour answer to the cookie notice, so we stop asking.
cqb_market_v1The country you chose, so prices stay in that currency between pages.
reel-like:…Which videos you have liked, so the heart stays filled.
cqb_checkout_counted_v1Only in this tab, and gone when you close it: a scrambled note of which bags have reached checkout and of an order just placed, so our visit counter counts each one once.
Who else handles it
We stay responsible for your information even while one of these is holding it. Several are overseas, which we are required to tell you.

How long we keep it
OrdersSeven years. Tax and consumer-law records have to be kept, so an order history cannot be deleted on request.
Account detailsUntil you ask us to close the account.
Chat and emailTwo years, so we can pick up a conversation about an older order.
Mailing listUntil you unsubscribe.
Visit countsNo limit is set yet, so they are kept until we delete them. When we set one, it goes here.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — apart from the records above that we are required to keep. Email hello@cheeqybabe-shop.com and we will answer within 30 days.
If you think we have mishandled your information, tell us first and we will try to put it right. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
